Factors Affecting The Choice To Reuse The Early Childhood Education Center

Abstract
Once theories about the quality of service were introduced to Korea, many studies in the hospitals, hotels, finance and retails have been conducted. However, studies on education fields have been conducted mostly in the quality of higher education service of University and customer satisfactions. Since parents and early childhood education centers are very important to the child growth and developmentand share the responsibility in development and education of early childhood, participation of parents can make the curriculum of early childhood education centers more effective. The most important role of early childhood education center is to give information to parents in order to recognize, judge and make a decision correctly about early childhood education and early childhood education centers. Earlychildhood education centers need to provide more detailed information in order to form the trust through positive relationships with parents by their direct experiencing and understanding the development of children, and let them understand better development of early childhood and improvements on education, educational direction and operating policies of early childhood education centers. Therefore, this studyis to conduct the survey in order to supply the basic materials to improve the quality of service of current early childhood education centers for parents. The subjects were 236 parents who live in Seo-Gu in Daegu from August 2010 to September 2010 and results of the survey are as follows. 1. The operating system and trustaccording to the general characteristics of subjects There was no significant difference in the operating system and the trust according to the general characteristics. 2. The physical environmentaccording to the general characteristics of subjects There was significant difference in the physical environment in terms of gender, age and monthly average income according to the general characteristics. Overall, more than 3.37 out of 5 was shown and it`s above the average. 3. The teachers` trust according to the general characteristics of subjects There was significant difference in the teachers` trust in terms of gender, age and monthly average income according to the general characteristics. Overall, more than 3.46 out of 5 was shown and it`s above the average. 4. The way of coming according to the general characteristics of subjects There was significant difference in the way of coming in terms of age according to the general characteristics. Overall, more than 4.27 out of 5 was shown and it`s very high level. 5. The value of service according to the general characteristics of subjects There was significant difference in the value of service in terms of gender, occupation and educational level according to the general characteristics. Overall, more than 3.24 out of 5 was shown and it`s above the average. 6. The intention of reuse according to the general characteristics of subjects There was no significant difference in the intention of reuse according to the general characteristics.
